Selected wines are purchased from auctions, collectors, etc.
All wines are appraised on location for their quality by Senior Sommelier Toshikaze Ootoko and are picked out and purchasedfrom wine cellars (including underground cellars) where they were stored at the ideal temperature and humidity.
The source ofimport, volume of liquid, bottle condition and other factors are strictly identified and checked.
After purchase, the wine is stored in our wine cellar or in a separate wine cellar.
If you wish toview the products, you are welcome to view them in our shop or we can send you photos of each item.
Please note that we do not move products due to their quality.
The condition of thebottles will be discussed on an item-by-item basis.
